Can't read newly pulled calibration from newly licensed vehicle

I have not had to do this since before V8 even existed, but after applying the license to my PCM (which reported back successful) - I pulled down the calibration, saved it, but when I open it, Everything on the left just says "Unknown"

This is a 2010 Suburban 2500 -- Also, it detects the transmission as A50 (duramax?) which shouldn't happen, and it won't pull that at all... What controller should I pick for the transmission on this one?

Attached is the tune file that I can open, but contains nothing.

Re-installed with full downloads from web, problem solved..> Geez...
