Help perfecting tune for more hp and 100 shot nitrous

I need a little help with tune I have car running good but i feel i am leaving some on table when on motor here is my tune and my data logging

B3605: this is too lean (even for NA operation)... go Edit->Properties and set Fuel units to EQR, then restart tunetool, and then fix B3605.

B3618: this is too lean even for NA PE... when setting this you will need to consider nitrous (i.e. set it rich enough, EQR 1.27).

Main VE and Backup VE don't match.

MAF table is not correct.

Is there a reason for running OL...?

Log does not match tune (e.g. commanded AFR does not match B3605 or B3618)...

I had it professional tune done and basically this is how he tunes in open loop I just added more timing change the rearend gears added more fuel thanks I will make the changes to the tables,

I didn't really feel that the tuner was really taking his time on it and was basically just getting me out the door quickly.
