Limiter Issues, Help me out!!

Customer came in and I put this tune on his truck and its not fueling the mm3 amount that we were looking for. What is holding this truck back? This has been the only Cummins I have tuned to put up a fight. Truck is an 2009 with a G56 trans and a South Bend Double disk

You still have several pulse and commanded mm3 limiters in play. Look at all the limiting tables under the internal flash tab.
