Default Script exited with code $0101: No data received

Truck was giving me all sorts of odd codes upon initial flash. Finally got it to take a DSP5 file then went to make changes via a Cal flash same issue wouldn't take so I went to start it and no start. ECM is working I can hear it power on/off. I am also able to clear codes. What can I try...

Its probably a brick, that is the bad code.

Paul or Ross would probably agree.

If you cannot pull a VIN# and ECM SN# and get no response using the get calibration info then its a brick most likely

Can it brick by doing a Cal flash?

Try to read it out, EFI-Live software will alert you if the Cal is bad, try to read it and if the ECM won't boot to read then that is another bad sign.

Usually a CAL Flash won't Brick it, but a Cal flash on an LB7 just alters the base tune and not the DSP5 tunes

    It won't read the ECM.

Its most likely bricked, only way to fix it if you cannot pull any codes, or get any info is a Flash Chip replacement.

I lost count how many ecms I have gotten back as cores that were bricked over the last 9 years.

I have not bricked one yet, but plenty of times they brick themselves.
