    Default 2011 ecm into a 2014 DTC's now

Has any one tried a 2011 ECM into a 2014 LML. Reason I'm asking is because I'm having some issues. I loaded the trucks 2014 OS to the 2011 ecm that went as expected. I did the VATS relearn and all started like normal. Now whats happening is I'm getting 2 DTC :

P00F4 Intake air humidity sensor circuit low voltage
P0112 Intake air temperature sensor 1 circuit low voltage

I searched online and found an article that says in 2013 they started using a new Hitachi 8-pin multifunction intake air sensor. It kind of makes sense as humidity and temp sensor 1 gets moved around. Makes me think my problem is related to that. I'll see if I can pdf file here. Maybe someone found a way to fix this.

Can you flash in a 2014 file? There is minor differences between the two. If you turn off the codes the truck should operate just fine, but the better solution is to change the OS to a 2014 setup.

Thats exactly what i did. I did a full flash with the 2014 OS. All segments matched exactly as Tis website. I have tried full flashing again but same thing. While im looking for a solution, I went ahead and disabled those two codes. I'm imagining ECM needs the feedback from humidity and IAT1 so it can operate correctly. Now P02DB and P02CD came up. Both are injection timing correction at limit for cyl1 and 8. This is driving me nuts. I dont know what will happen with timing correction at limit but i disabled those as well.

Do the 2011 and 2014 ECM's share the same Service Number? If they are different then there is likely a subtle hardware change too.

I've seen the same issue. Most reasonable thing to do is to check the truck for those features and disable dtc's accordingly. At least that's what I've had to do.

Thats what i did. im not buying another ECM then have to buy another license to program it. That would be costly. What im worried about is timing. DTC that came up is timing correction at limit wonder if that will hurt my mpg's. Or even hurt engine.
