You have a couple of options. If it is genuine knock then you need to reduce your timing tables at those points that knock is occuring. Both your spark tables are the same, so you could make your low octane table lower than the high so that if knock occurs the octane scaler can do its job and pull some spark. If you think it is false knock then you could de-sensitise your knock sensors a bit.

If you suspect oil ingestion (and even if you don not), install a catchcan on the PCV line.

BTW: if you're running a COS, the HI and LO spark tables can be different.

Right where it knocks, commanded AFR goes rich (11.5) while wideband AFR stays lean (14.5)... this points to your VE not being correct.
Also, the KR waveform has a sawtooth shape which indicates real knock.
Also, check the condition of the knock sensors and subharness.
