2011 lml OS6249 delete issues

Ive been trying to delete 2011 lml OS 6249. I noticed on two 2011 trucks that they dont have the DEF level speed limiter switch like the 5750 that i found on the 2013 and 2014. Well I turn some switches off, tried three different combos, all three had a dead pedal. has anyone dealt with this before that would like to share how they got it to work?
