Do you have the csp5 switch in the truck and trying to read to stock tune on the truck? Or trying to flash through the csp5 switch with the stock tune on the truck?

I was having the same problem today. I was able to read the factory file out of the truck just by using the V2 only then transferring to my computer using EFI Explorer. I had no problem converting to CSP5 and flashing the tune into the truck

Is there a chance that those trucks already have a tuner on them? (Smarty, BD etc), they will block the ECM from being read out.
I no longer monitor the forum, please either post your question or create a support ticket.

One had a Diablo I believe and the other had some weird one he plugging in a injector connector or something. And the third has efilive with autocal tuned. There's no way to make it readable without dealer?

And two of the three removed the previous tuners and put back to stock before I tried to read
