Yes i purchased one off the web. I'm still curious how one uses gm tis downloads to get these files. I used it in the shop to do pass thru downloads on cars but have never seen where i could save the file remotely, maybe i haven't looked hard enough. It would be nice to know how thats done. Thanks

You need to spend over $10K on specialized European third party software and hardware to extract the raw .BIN
