Getting no cable error with scanning software. Tuning software is fine.
Scan software was working earlier today. Shut car off, edited tuning files, came back and reloaded new tun file and now cannot log. Any ideas?

What kind of car is it? I had something similar happen once while hooked up to a friends' 03 z06. I hooked back up to my Z and everything went back to normal with both cars.

I have the same problem with my 98 camaro. It was working just fine and now my cable has the same error pop up. I reinstalled the software, drivers, etc.. and nothing has helped.
Try changing your scanning speed before you connect to the vehicle.
Edit>Properties>Scan mode
