    Default code 1400

    Not sure if this is in the right place. when I use the tunning tool and go to close it out I keep getting and error code ( system error code : 1400 invalid window handle) what does that mean?

    Which build version of V7 software (go Help->About)...?

    Can you post a screenshot...?

    ok its updated now as soon as I get the motor back in iam gonna try it . also my firmware wont update to new release iam on the 2.07.77 feb 05 2015. I refresh my firmware in v8 and it says it ok up to date?

    If you haven't already, you must install the latest V8 software because the V8 software contains the updated firmware. The firmware should be updated to V2.07.81 after installing the V8 software and clicking on the [Check Firmware] button.

    ok I installed the new updates for the v8 and v7.5 and go to check my firmware and it still the same 2.07.77 feb 05 15. where am I messing up? I download the new update and then hit run . it then went and did its thing and said finish and then I check and its still the same

    To update the firmware do this: start V8 S&T and click Check Firmware, and look for red, click button to program new firmware.

    Then when done it will show you if the BBx config needs updating also, look for red and click button to program config.
