I have a $0092 error on your unit. I have sent 2 emails to you asking for help but they have gone unanswered. How do I get out of warrantee support for your crashed software?
You'll need to log a support ticket as explained here: https://support.efilive.com/kb_artic...7778-QEKN-0400 (look for the last section titled: "Log a Support Case").
Please include all relevant information including the device serial number.
