Default lingenfelter and rev limiter help...

hey guys, im setting up my two step and want to make sure i don't start off wrong

    i have a cos3, SD, turbo silverado 4.8, also using a lingenfelter lnc-003...

    my start off goals:

max rpm in any gear 6500
    shift point 6000

2 step 2500 (to test and start off tuning)

    i have disabled b2201
b3303 to 9900 on all cells
b5401 to 8000 in all cells
    d0940-945 6000 (where i want to shift)

my lnc-003 set to 6300 max rpm
and 2500 on secondary for 2 step testing...

am i missing anything? i dont want fuel cut off at boost, SO IM using the lnc-003 to cut spark...

    TIA

    1) why don't you want to cut fuel? are you injecting methanol?
    2) you can cut spark via the ECM.
    3) try your settings at lower rpms and see if they work.

    1) stock rev limiter uses fuel cutout....boost + lean = boom
    2) got a link for a how to?
3)testing today...all is good so far...

On a side note , I'm having issues with DFCO....Won't activate...

    Thanks

    1) what is the difference of what goes through the engine between an n/a or a boosted engine? if the stock car uses fuel cut off why wouldn't it work on your boosted with 200psi boost making 2500HP? do you know what LEAN is? if its a CUT off = 0 fuel going in... fuel explodes between 4 and 7%. if there is 0% fuel there no explosion... just air...
    2) b5205
    3) good

Let's just call it personal preference then. Thanks again.

that is another thing... but having raw fuel on your exhaust can bring some other problems... the only time i see this being important is when you inject methanol as there will be some fuel going in.... if you have very little amount it shouldn't matter but when you inject big amounts, its a no no.

So what you're saying is being on the two step for a few seconds ( rich helping build boost) is more dangerous than at full boost on the rev limiter (losing traction, missing a shift) and lean in/out rapidly?

I do plan on Meth injection once I get to that point.
