    Default How many hours does it take to get a cummins update Auth #?

    So I updated my EFI Live FlashScan V2 from GM only to the Cummins tuning options... I get a Invoice confirmation Email right away. Yet still no Authorization # from EFI Live.

    Does there system not send out the Code # automatically like HPTuners... What gives?

    I think its a manually generated code, last one I did took a day or so until EFI was back in the office,

    But I could be wrong, it is Easter Weekend..........

    Activation codes for VIN licenses are automatic. Activation codes for tuning options are manually generated during regular NZ business hours, unless someone checks failed orders periodically out of hours,

    It's Easter weekend, the office reopens Tuesday NZ time.

    Be nice if they noted that on the upgrade. 4 days later in the US of A and still no authorization code. Guess my customer will probly go H&S

    The product description does say they will be processed during regular business hours. (3rd paragraph) It's just unfortunate for you that was the first day of a 4 day holiday weekend.
