EFI LIVE Flashscan V2 not working
How do I get in touch with someone to figure out what to do about my scanner not working? I need to have it repaired. Who do I send it to? I am in Louisiana, USA. Central time. How do I contact someone at the Help Desk and create an RMA case? We purchased it one year ago.
I think I'm in the same boat as you except I've only had mine for a couple weeks now. All I did was update to the latest, then when I tried formatting my SD card it locked up. I've since tried to place it in boot mode by holding down CTRL key. Opened up and attempted to update the firmware. It got almost all the way through the update process then comes up saying FlashScan V2 is unresponsive. I don't understand what happened??
EDIT: I removed the SD card and repeated the whole process again. The firmware updated successfully.

Some SD cards are too thin and may not make proper contact.
I have never seen this problem with SanDisk 2GB cards.
