    Default Cant purchase a license, please help

    I have tried several times to purchase a license and everytime I do, I enter the serial number, auth code and quantity, hit add to cart...it takes me to a page that says your shopping cart is empty click here to continue shopping. Please help as I need to get this truck tuned and down the road!

    I've tested the system and it's working for me. If you haven't purchased from our online store before try and setup and account first or login before attempting to add an order. **NOTE** Accounts from our previous online store have not moved into our current online store which went live in September 2013. https://www.efilive.com/customer/account/login/

    Thanks for the reply Cindy. I have an account and have made purchases after September 2013. I'm really confused as to what is going on. I have been trying for 2 days and keep getting the same outcome...anyother ideas?

    I've tried in both Firefox and Explorer, and was able to add items to the cart in both browsers while not being logged in.

    I can send our office an email and ask them to reset your password and see if that helps.

    Thanks Cindy, I was finally able to get it in the cart, go through all the steps of checkout, but now when I try to finalize it I get a message that says, can not process payment for unknown reason code 05. Try again later or contact us for help. Tried a different payment source and got the same message. What is this about?

    I emailed our Admin staff again this morning and have logged into our store. I can see your order was placed in the system a few minutes ago and is processing
