Default Setting up to pass smog...check this out

Do these graphics indicate any problems? I thought I had an EGR system. Do the non supported parameters appear correct?
When I do a code read I get zero codes.

I just removed my EGR plate and flashed it back stock for smog. Anything else I should look for? I'm aware its a code inspection, visual, and 3 sec smoke test.
Log attached also. Towards end of log was WOT.

EDIT: I still have switch wired, but is well hidden. Does it affect the stock setup?

Log file from stock tune no egr plate

The "Not Supported" tests have to match the BAR's database for your VIN of what is supported and not supported.

Get a generic code reader that supports a monitor check and use that. They're like $150 or so. Most of them have a "State OBD Check" option. You can't disable monitors in EFILive so they should all be there and say they are complete. At a minimum all 98-07 diesels will have a Misfire and Component monitor, so the Scan tool showing those not supported makes me think it's not actually reading them.
