Is there any near plans for E92 Stream or year\model stream licenses

Is there any near plans for E92 Stream or year\model stream licenses ?
I read since more than a year that will be new system for licenses but still nothing comes out
so i just want to know if there will be any thing soon before i went another route

The current licensing scheme will remain in place for FlashScan V2 and will not be touched, but it will be reviewed for FlashScan V3. FlashScan V3 hardware is presently in the design phase of development, and we don't have a time frame for public release at this point.
