Default No throttle after os swap

    Hello there,

lets start with telling what i have:

    2006 6.0 with turbo and a th350 for now.
i did a full reflash on the ecm to get it down to a 2003 OS.

i did the whole os swap thing, ecm took it all. i know the tps and tac module from 2003 vs 2006 are different so i swapped them out for the 2003 metal pedal ones.

if i turn the ignition on, throttle body cycles and responds to the pedal, as soon as i try to start engine, nothing. pedal is dead and the engine stalls. the t body is not attempting to keep it idling.

i increased C6101 by 50% at first, no go so i did another 50%. still nothing.

    anyone has seen this before?

    thanks for your time,

    Matt

It would be setting a DTC, did you check them?

no. this is something that has happened to me a few times with e38 ecu's.

something seems to get corrupt in the tune files. so u need to flash back in a working file/calibration. then do a compare and copy all your tables back again.

I'm having what sounds like the same issue. I'm running a 5.3 with turbo, TH400, COS5, and cable throttle body. It will idle but when I give it any throttle it just dies. Did you happen to find the issue with yours?
