    What are your IAC steps at idle? You could try raising your idle speed slightly, say to maybe 800 and add a little bit to your desired air for starters. try also logging throttle cracker and follower and see how much extra air they are adding during decal. If you believe your spark and fuel are correct then it usually needs more air.
