New to Tuning - Can't view tables in EFI Live 7.5

I have a guy that is doing some tuning for me. He loaned me the laptop and interface for EFI live and we are able to suck the tune out of the car but I can not see any of the tables in the tune. Conversely, the tune goes into the car and works fine. When I e-mail the tune to him, he can open and edit it at his end. If I grab another tune off the desktop and load that into EFI live (not the car), I can see the tables in that one. I know everything is there, but why can't EFI live display the tables?

What V7 software build version do you have installed...?
