    Default E38 PID - were working, now they don't

    OK guys I am not a tuner. I have a V2 and am working on a tune with a very respected tuner (Remote tune)
    I sent a log in from MY 2014 Camaro L99 (E38)
    All of the requested PID's were available and logged...
    I applied the first remote tune.

    When I now try to connect to get a new scan for updates, There are 3 PID's that are unsupported!
    Air Flow Grams/Cyl - E38.APCYL_DMA
    Air/Fuel Ration Commanded - E38.AFRatio_DMA
    MAP Corrected VE - E38.SCALEDCORVE_DMA

    My software and firmware are updated ( I am currently trying the Public Beta, in an effort to figure this out. I was on the previous version before) Currently V7.5.7(285)

    OS
    12656198
    Calibration
    12656197

    Is there a rhyme or reason as to why I was able to log this data two times ( I saved the original tune) And now I can't?

    I have deleted the PID VML and VPD file and had the software recreate them.

    Are these PID's in anyway connected to the dashboard.... My first two logs had a default dashboard that was showing metric information. (Grasping at straws)

    Thanks

    Have you rescanned the Supported PIDs? Connect to the vehicle using V7.5 Scan and click Info->Validate PIDs. The Scan tool will repoll the ECM and detect all Supported PIDs and make them available for scanning.

    Yes I have tried this, multiple times.. also from what I understand deleting this files forces effusive to rescan and recreate the PID compatibility.
    I don't know for sure that the first few logs contained valid data. I just know that I did not get the error, and there "seems" to be valid data on the first few logs.

    Also...try this:

    in scantool do:
    - File->Select Controller, and select your controller,
    - File->Enter VIN, and enter your VIN,
    - File->Connect,
    - go look at the Console tab (do Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C, and paste it in a reply to this thread),
    - Info->Validate Pids,
    - go look at Console tab again,
    - on pids tab uncheck Supported, and set System to All.

    My tuner let me know...
    The first log had the parameters, but they were showing "bunk" data. It's not a big deal, the only one missing is the E38.APCYL_DMA... Unfortunately, it is the most important, but I can make do without it.

    I just wanted to know if this was the norm or if others had this issue.

    Is it reasonable to think that my operating system does not support those 3 PID's? Any other Ideas?

    I am having this exact same issue with that PID on E38's. I think it has only happened since the update that was offered before the latest one. Anyone else having this issue?

    That seems to be the time I had an issue... Not sure the data I got was valid but there was DATA... Just tried the July 31,2015 Pre-Release.... No change for me. Still can't log those three PID's

    That OS (12656198) does not have any DMA PIDS defined for it yet.
    If you managed to log those PIDs in the past it would be because the ECM had a different OS in it that had the DMA PIDs defined.
    I don't have any timeframe of if/when DMA PIDs support will be added for that OS.
