    Default 2002 chevy truck, TM tune

    hello again sorry for the bother, I'm trying to turn off the TM on my truck and I'm having trouoble. I turned all the Tm cells to o's and abuse management rpm higher.Torque limiting cells to 0. and I'm getting 8.0 KR?

    I'm trying to get the truck to run a little faster because I don't pull anything with it but love to drive it can you guys help me out any? Thanks

    Try this, I used this on a 2004 I just tuned the other day.

    B6601 to disable
    B1207 to 0
    B6601 to disable
    B0401 to 3200
    B6603 -80% if you dont have traction control
    B6614 max out table
    D0801 all 0's
    D0802 all 0's
    D2003 to 0
    D0301 to disable

    Ok kewl thanks for everything, I will try that and let you know how it goes.

    After that tune did you have any knock?

    I did not have any KR but thats just a very small part of the tune. That should get rid of your TM atleast so you can get started.

    Ok on this engine what amount of KR would be high? I had 8.0 and about fell over Is that pretty high for the 6.0?

    Check some things: what is your AFR (commanded and wideband) and spark advance right around when it knocks...?

    Can you post a picture of the log chart.

    Are you able to get a screen shot using SHIFT-PrintScreen and paste it into a .png/.jpg/.gif file using IrfanView or some other freeware imaging program...?

    Then goto http://imageshack.us/ and use the "Browse" and "Host It" buttons;
    then when it displays the image links in various formats, copy the very last link shown;
    then when replying to a thread, press the yellow/grey mountain button and paste that link in the box and press OK.
    Let me know if it doesn't make sense.

    I couldn't do without pics...

    Now, instead, press this button and paste in the link you got from imageshack
