I have a local customer with a completely stock 2011 LML - I ran some baseline data logs on his stock tune and I see REP18 indciated and the driver requested torque values were only ~ 700 lb-ft at 2400+ rpm. Maybe that is normal, I see the torque limit tables only allow the max 765 lb-ft at ~ 1700 rpm and the truck did hit 390 hp at ~ 3200 rpm. Can someone comment on what they are typically seeing for driver requested and actual torque on a bone stock LML and what REP18 indicates? No DTC codes reported, truck was not in regen mode, DPF shows 27g, DEF fluid was not low. Customer said that there was a problem previously where his truck was stuck in regen mode and the dealer recently fixed that issue, but he has not seen a regen triggered since the dealer had it over 6 months ago. I did a quick tune with a +65 ft-lb increase and it did pick up ~ 60 ft-lb around 2400 rpm so it is probably fine, just looking for confirmation since this is the first diesel truck I have worked on. Anyone else logging REPFLAG and is REP18 just the normal flag? Stock log attached.
I did look in GM Tech Info and could not find any information on what REP flags 0-36 are assigned to.
Cheers,
Brian
