    Default Changing Scan PIDS remotely

Having trouble doing a remote Autocal tune. I want to change the scan PIDS for the customer's Autocal but have been unable to. I've sent him a new text file to load using Scan and Tune and F5:BBX, and then again using a bbx quick setup file. Neither has changed the scan parameters that come back in the scans.

What am I doing wrong and what do I need to do?

Does your customer open the file you sent him...? Does he then program it to his AC...? Get him to show you a screenshot.

Yep, they say they're following my instructions, programming using F5:BBX and program (and F6:quick setup for the bbx file), they see the scan parameters change when they open the text file, but the scans are the same.

He also noted that if he plugs the AC into his PC and clicks read at the bottom, nothing comes up, but says it programs. Communications issue or user error?

After he programs his AC, get him to read it back and save to file (specify a filename) and send you the file.
