Default PCM Pin Outs, Can These Be Reprogrammed (Empty Pins)?

I have a 2001 Suburban 2500, 6.0L, 4L80E. I am looking for a pin out to run the high speed e-fans I have installed. Normally, this would be the RED connector, Pin 33. But on this truck, it contains a pin out to operate the RECIRC DOOR.

Obviously, that will not give high speed fan control should the engine temps rise and the low speed fan is not enough.

Can I use an empty pin out and program it to do the high speed fan?

    PCM Serv. No. 12200411
    HDW NO. 09386530

Using Full EFI Live Software with V-2

    Thanks in advance!

There should be the ability to change the function of that pin, but it's either the recirc or the high speed output. If that's not enough, hardwire a switch to fire the relay.
