    Default 2006 6.0 single turbo not revving up

    hello ,

    i just got my new 2 bar mapsensor in, scaled right and it reads right.

    the ecm has been flashed to os 03150003 and using the proper tac module and pedal.

    if i try to rev the engine it just bogs, i havent done any logging but here is my tune.

    im not sure if i missed something.

    thanks for your help

    Matt

    You're failing the MAF, but have the MAF DTC's in C6001 set to Not-Reported, so there will be no MAF DTC...

    set those to 1-Trip or Non-Emissions;

    ( without a MAF DTC the PCM will continue to use the MAF, even when it is not present (it calculates what it thinks the MAF should be reporting and used that) )

    Also, you disabled CL/LTFT but you still have STFT SOL (semi open loop) still enabled by having stoich cells in B3647 and B3649.

    In your tables B3647 and B3649, there are cells whose value is EQR 1 (i.e. this is the stoichiometric fueling value, corresponds to the stoichiometric AFR)...

    for any cell that is EQR 1 in those 2 tables, the COS will perform STFT trimming when hitting those cells during OL... this has been named Semi Open Loop (SOL)...

    to avoid this (because you want the wideband O2 sensor to report the untrimmed lambda) you must change the 1.0000 to 1.01 or 0.99... (by not being equal to exactly 1 causes the COS to now avoid doing SOL STFT trimming).
