Does anyone know if I can put the EFILive DSP5 OS on my 2003 Duramax LB7 with a HP Tuner?

If you are asking if you can use HPTuner's interface and suite to upload an EFILive DSP5 tune? No, only EFILive hardware can flash an EFLive COS or DSPx, you will need to either purchase an AutoCal from the tuner who built your DSP5 setup or if you want to build your own, you will need to purchase a FlashScan V2 with the GM tuning option.
