Default 2011 Cummins - Exhaust Service Required See Dealer Now error

The truck had an XRT Pro tune on it before with the DPF, and EGR turned off (still present) all the EGR components were still plugged in and the customer was receiving this message on his gauge cluster. I told him switching to EFI Live by Kori Willis will delete that message. I was wrong! I now have all of the EGR connectors unplugged and can't get rid of the message. On top of that I'm not receiving the following DTC's:

1.P0107 - Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit Low Input
2.P007D - Charge Air Cooler Temperature Sensor Circuit High

I kept trying to use my gen 1 Edge CTS to clear the code but they came right back.

    Where do I even start?!

I would contact Kory, I am sure he can help you out and get you going.

X2 Kory has the tools to help you out. Sounds like a faulty map sensor, you could get PPEI to show you how to log the truck and it should be pretty apparent if sensor is reading wonky.

Just went through something similar. A plugged air filter will throw a service exhaust system message, not sure why but it happens. Was up till midnight fighting with this issue yesterday.
