    Default speed vs, rpm?

    Hey guys I was hoping you could clear something up for me. i done a search and it doesn't really explain very well. If I put the vss lower and the rpm where i want it to shift, will it use both vss and rpm at this point? or will it shift at the rpm after the vss is reached? I don't want to shift to early with vss but if I had the vss set to say 35 and the rpm at 6100 will it go to 6100 before it shifts? or will it shift at 35 no matter where the rpm is.. silly q, but will help me out a lot.. Thanks for any input

    The shift occurs after both conditions are met;
    so after the first condition is met, nothing happens;
    then after the second condition is met, the shift occurs;

    Notice I used the word after, meaning that the shift may occur a few hundred RPM's later, so you have to fine tune it.
