V2 A/D Voltage with Pass Through

Hello all,

Having an issue with the V2 that hopefully someone has ran across. I have the V2 connected with AD voltage applied to AD1. I have verified the voltage is proper with a DVOM. I am able to see the proper voltage reading on the screen of the V2, but pass through with V7 Scan will not work!

Just for testing sake, I plugged in the V1 and V7 software shows the AD1 voltage with no issues. Any ideas?
