Never heard of it... ?
Nor have I but supposaly it will program any Vehicle at all and its what all the dealers use and only a dealer can get it i think some one is talking some smack
SPS is the only one i know of, that is availiable to the public also thru spx.

I'm pretty sure that is a Chrysler tool.

Thats what I figured but he said you can use it on any car if you have the software
