Could someone tell me how to change the column values for throttle position and rpm?

My TPS is 0 20 40 50 60 70 80 90 100

I would like 0 10 20 30 50 70 80 90 100?

Same for rpms 200 400 600 800

I would like 600 800 1000 1200 1400?

How do you guys change it? Thanks
