Default E38 running BB Chevy - which knock sensors?

Any experiences out there running knock sensors from something like an LS3 on a big block Chevy. With a Gen 4 ECM (E38)?

The thing is, the ECM has a tuned filter that matches the knock sensors running on a particular engine block type... e.g. E38 from would have knock sensor filter tuned for Gen IV knock sensors running on an LS3 or L99.

So, you would have to play with it, use knock phones to listen to engine on dyno, and make adjustments to the knock table.
