Default Cos3 01270003 to Cos 5 02020005. Wont start now

Hey guys. Full story is I have a 95 silverado with a DBC 6.0/4L80E. Motor came with an 0411 pcm that had the 12208322 OS. I switched that to the 01270003 cos 3 since Im also running a turbo. It runs fine like this but now I want to upgrade to the cos5. So I went to tune file depot and got a stock file from a 2002 chevy silverado with the 6.0/4L80E which has the 12212156 OS. So I did the full flash to the 02020005 OS, cal flash the 12212156, read, and saved. Then I copied and pasted my co3 tables to my cos 5 tables and cal flashed that to the computer. Went to start it and it cranked but didnt fire. It would pop every now and then. So I full flashed the cos 3 back into it and it started slowly and runs now. I think it was flooding. So what did I do wrong here? Or is it I cant use the 2002 silverado tune file?

Did you copy your injector tables also (specifically B4001 IFR)...?

Does your vehicle run with the stock 12212156 file...?

Yea those tables are the same between cos3 and 5.

Unfortunately i didnt run it on the 12212156 file first. Ill have to make another file and copy/paste all the tables again.

Alright well I made another 12212156 file with cos3 tables and it runs. Then I full flashed the cos5 back in and now it starts and dies. Only runs for a sec. Wideband says 14.7-15.0 when it is running for that second. Seems a little lean at startup since its 64*F outside right now.

    Heres the cos5 file 6.0 turbo COS5 02020005.ctz

Also heres the cos3 file. Maybe I missed something between the 2? 6.0 turbo Cos3 Current 8-22-15.ctz

I'm looking thru your 2 files to see if something jumps out...

If it ran on 12212156, it should run when you upgrade this to 02020005... did you read back and fix B3647 (it looks like you did)...?

B3647 is the same between cos3 and 5. I guess I can try full flashing a new 02020005 file and then cal flash the 12212156 back in and see what happens.

My truck doesnt have VATS since its a 95, that started in 96 for the silverado. Also the anti theft is turned off in the tune.

yeah, sorry, I can't see the reason for not running on 02020005, strange.
