I have seen weird things like that too. On 2016 Duramax cab and chassis the turn signals act stupid with the V2 plugged in. Being I know what is causing it I don't worry about it anymore.

When scanning/logging or when flashing/reading, the other modules on the CANLAN bus don't get immediate bus access and/or immediate response from the ECM, so they complain.

You may have to remove battery power and let the modules discharge, and then reconnect battery power and let the modules sync up among themselves.

I have another unit, it works perfect. By the way, when I disconnect the unit "whenever I encounter a failure" the car goes back to normal

Odd Boy, are both V2's Blue or is one a Black? Is it the same OBD-II cable from the V2?

I was logging a 2016 LML yesterday and speedo, tach, and turn signals were delayed. I think it's just overloading or taking control of the can line.
