Cusrmers AutoCal linked with my non working Flashscan

Hello I have like 4 autocal which linked with my non working Flashscan, So EFIlive copy all my data to a new FlashScan with A new license number


now I'm not able to clear security or send files to Autocal that linked with the old Flashscan


any suggestion

Did you request the license number from FlashScan 1 be copied to FlashScan 2? If you did the new FlashScan should be a duplicate of the first and will be compatible with your previously linked AutoCal devices.

If you did not, then it's just a new FlashScan and appropriate security is prevent an unauthorised device from making changes.

The license duplication can only occur in our New Zealand office prior to shipping .
