injector flow rate question

Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone else came across this, I made the switch from using LS1 edit for several years now, to EFI live. (and never looked back!!) When I pull a file with both programs I get the exact opposite results from the same car. For example if a car has a value of 4.80 @ 0 KPA and 4.60 @ 80KPA, if I pull the same car with LS1 edit it will show 4.60 @ 0 KPA and 4.80 @ 80KPA.
I'm assuming EFI live is correct since it simply sooo far advanced, but any info on this would be apprieciated.

What version of LS1Edit? On some versions of LS1Edit, the IFR table is in Pressure whereas in other versions it is in Vacuum.

I checked and both are labeled as KPA, I wonder how many times that drove me crazy without knowing it. I basicly have already decided to always side with EFI if this happens again, although I noticed it during my transition from the two and I do not see myself using the LS1 edit any longer.
