    Default Having acouple issuse

First...I have searched and tried. Have updated the UBS drive. But the V2 will on connect so I can update my firmware. Next I can not get it into dead-poll. Have held the Ctrl button down. When I pull up the EFI Live Control Panel...in the USB tab. It shows the UBS connected but not the V2. In the firmware tab it says the V2 is unresponsive. I bought this unit used. Thanks for any help

What version of Windows are you running and are you connecting to a USB 3 port?

Try a USB 2 port if you have one because the USB 3 ports are problematic for the AutoCal's and V2's. If not look in your computers BIOS for a setting to make the USB ports a version 2 instead of 3 (disabled xHCI interface under the USB configuration).

You can also try loading EFI Live on another older computer to see if the V2 will connect.

My year old Toshiba laptop has 2 USB 3.0 ports and 2 USB 2.0 ports, the tab inside the port on the computer is blue for the 3.0 ports and the 2.0 are black may want to see if you have both and just switch to the 2.0 port...

Well I don't know what I did different. I got it in deadpoll and did the EFI Live Recovery (like Ive done a dozen times). Then was able to upgrade the boot block and firmware.

Why are you needing to put your V2 into dead poll mode so many times...?
