Default Transmission in limp mode after PCM swap

I bricked two pcm's which I covered in another post so I tried my last licensed PCM in the car which has a different operating system. It has the same cos3 in it but it is a 01 opp system vs 02 so it wouldn't let me do a calibration write. I copied and pasted the whole calibration in to it manually and it fires up and runs but the transmission is in limp mode. I don't see anything different in the two calibrations so I'm stumped on why it doesn't work. Both pcm's are out fbody so it should work.

Never mind. I forgot to do the segment swap since it was out of a t56 car. I think it is good now.
