Default Is there no transmission tables to adjust? 2010 silverado

friend wants me to do some tuning on his 2010 silverado 5.3 so I downloaded a stock tune file just to look at what the stock tune looks like and don't see any transmission tables at all. Do these have another module just for the tranny or am I overlooking something?

Yes, since the end of LS1 type computers the engine and trans have their own controller. Use V8 to auto-detect and it'll choose the correct one for you.

Interesting. i'm guessing it's what they call the T42? He has the 6 speed auto he said. Oh and it's the 1500 silverado with a 5.3 engine.

RWD/4WD 6spd auto would be a T43, 4spds are T42. A single VIN license will let you license an ECM and TCM, so 1 license slot.

    +1

Each VIN licence slot consists of 1 ECM licence and 1 TCM licence...

and the ECM licence and TCM licence used on a vehicle don't have to be from the same VIN licence slot.
