Default Idle adjustments after AFM Delete

I just did a AFM delete, mild cam 212/218 550" 112 LSA, long tube headers, cold air intake on my 2007 5.3. I plan on doing a full tune after a couple thousand miles but wanted to know what tables I could tweak to help with a rough idle? It smells very rich and rough I know I know get a wide band. I have tuned carbs for years on the dyno and it's definitely to rich. Is there a specific table that I could adjust AFR at idle. I added a 2 grams of cranking air and it helped the startup. Thanks!

    Default

Get VVE and MAF corrected (separately, using wideband), and if you still have idle problems do idle tuning.
