    Default trany slipping?

    hello guys, I have a little problem I hope could be the tune. I went to the track this weekend and it's 2 hours away from where I live. I have a 1999 pontiac ta with a 4l60e ls1.

    On the way to the track I noticed that is going around 80 and give it half throttle it seems like the trany is slipping but then the car catches up and it does fine, I only notice it in 4th gear.

    if I step into it it feels great. It's just when I give it a little gas it seems to slip and then catch up.Id there anything I can try to tune this out just to see if it is the trany?

    Could this be a TCC problem or could my trany be going out? I have had the PCM tuned by PCMFORLESS and it has been great. It shifts pretty hard from 1-2 but I can tone that down now.

    Any info would be great. Thanks

    Might be the torque converter clutch slipping? I understand it is disabled at full throttle which would explain why it goes fine when you floor it.

    Ok can I help it out with the tune or does this mean new parts?
    Ok little more info sorry, I have gone from 3.23 gears to 3.73 and have gone in and set my VSS so it will shift right, is there anything i need to change on the TCC? This is what 4th gear looks like.

    If that is the problem then it's a mechanical problem.
    I dont do many auto boxes, most of the cars I do are manuals so dont take it as gospel.

    Looks ok;

    can you capture a log and post a pic of it
    (include the pids TFMPRS, TCCPWM, TCCMODE, and one of the TSTATE's that contains TCC state).
