Default Engine load to mandate when PE is needed or not

On competitors website forum it was suggested to tune the PE by engine load.

    Settings:
B3613 MAP enable to 85 kPa
    B3616 Throttle to 10%
? ramp in to 1-1.25 (Did not see any ramp-in parameter for LS1A)
    B3618 EQ Ratio to 1.15

Any comments or thoughts on how that might work out?
    97 Vette 6spd, CamMotion Titan2 LS1 cam, TSP 5.3 StageII heads, Vararam intake, Z06 manifold, ARH headers/cats, Z06 catback, Monster Stage2 clutch, 04 Z06 pcv, new style knock sensor(late98 to 04).

Using FlashScan V1 with NGK-AFX Wide band

    Hi voda1.

B3613 MAP enable to 85 kPa: this is ok.
B3616 Throttle to 10%: this may make PE enable too easily (I would use 35%).
? ramp in to 1-1.25 (Did not see any ramp-in parameter for LS1A): B3643, this is ok.
B3618 EQ Ratio to 1.15: I would go a little richer to be safe, I would use 1.17.

also: B3608, B3609: set these to zero.
