Default 2011 "reduced power message" no codes

I have a 2011 I am trying to tune as a favour and I am at a roadblock. Originally my friend paid a shop to tune the truck, it worked fine for about month than he started getting codes coming up. The shop he took it to couldn't fix it and eventually told him to pound sand essentially.

I got the truck running and driving fine with no codes and no dead pedal or any other issues but after a while it will get a reduced power message and the speed will be limited to 90kmh ish. No matter what I set the values to I can't get rid of the limiter and I don't know how to get rid of the message. It doesn't show any codes when I scan it though.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also willing to compensate for your time if need be.

    Thanks,

    ~Chad

Then better check that you have the correct base file. Also revisit your dtc table unless the only thing missing is the egr valve. I don't have my v2 with me I would bet too many modules are communicating too.

I'll have to have another look at the DTC codes.

I'm pretty sure it's the right file, I had one where every single segment matched. Another guy told me it must not be the right file so he recommended I pay the $50 for the ridge runner base file which I did and it was the exact same file I was using. Still same problem.

This has been an ongoing issue but the truck was getting painted over the last few months so now we're back at it.

Thanks for having a look. I sent you a PM. Most of the difference are the speed limiters settings. I changed those in a last ditch effort to bypass the limp mode speed limiter. Anyway I am curious what the differences are in the DTC table.

    Also an Update.
I think the truck had/has a bad map sensor which may or may not be causing all my problems. Owner has the truck now will confirm if that was the problem next time I work on it.

Not much of an update I haven't seen the truck for about 3 weeks. The owner got the map sensor wiring fixed and that stopped it from going into limp mode but I believe he is still getting the "reduced power message".
