Default E38 Open Loop VS Closed Loop - strange issue

Working on a turbo Silverado and have another strange issue. Have it tuned in pretty good on MAF only in OL - I switch it over to CL with only STFTs enabled, and fueling goes way lean when in PE. STFTs are zeroing... This is the exact same tune with only B1501 - B1507 and B1513 and B1514 changed. I am using B1508, B1509 and B1510 to disable LTFTs because I know they effect PE.

Is there something else in the tune that can effect PE during CL differently than OL? Wanted to use STFTs to cover small changes in the weather, etc... but this isn't working. Tunes and logs attached (log 0085 is OL, 0086 is CL)

    Log SHORTFT1/2 and HO2S11/21 instead of O2S11/21.

    Try setting these:
    - B0163 to max.
    - B0165 to min.
    - B0166 to max.

    and disable DFCO/CFCO.

Thanks Joe! I will have him log those. I saw the DFCO - used B2405 & B2406, but they didn't stop it - I'll change all of the tables for DFCO. I looked at the other settings you talk about and will change them, but I don't see how that will help - It is going into PE (and quickly), it just isn't fueling the same in CL as it does in OL - and I can't figure out what is causing it. Am I missing something?

So, I am at a loss on a couple of things - can't get DFCO/CFCO disabled no matter what I do... Still have something that causes it to be leaner on the same tune just by going from OL to CL with STFTs...
