    Default Help with dsp5 tune/switch

I'm tuning an 01 lb7. I have no aftermarket stereo. I had a single tune in it and it worked great. I installed a dsp5 switch and then put my set of dsp5 tunes on it and I'm not getting all 4 tunes. Every position on the switch has the same base tune but when I read the exam it reads as my dsp5 set of tunes. Any ideas or help?

That should work without any problem. I'd give them a call.

Are you SURE the pins are seated in AND in the right spots in the ECM connector? And aftermarket radios don't really mess with 01-02 trucks, that was primarily the 03-05 trucks that had all the troubles. Also go in and open your scan tool, and look at teh DSP5 PID to see if the ECM is seeing the switch changing. Log the DSP5 position and DSP5 switch voltage, they will tell you if the ECM is seeing the switch or not.
