B7968 Cam Position Full Throttle

On a 2014 Silverado with the direct injected 5.3 can anyone tell me what the numbers mean in this table. Can you adjust this table any to get some top end power with the stock cam. I don't want to adjust or change anything till I know more about it or if it will even make a difference. Any input is appreciated.
