Default Which stock LBZ file should I use?

    Hello to everyone.
Hoping someone can help me out,
I am nearing the end of a conversion project retrofitting an LBZ and Allison to a Nissan Patrol. I am at the stage of trying to start the engine, but the ECU that came with the engine appears to already have a DSP5 OS on it.

Due to this my V2 cannot read the file, keep getting $0538 fault with V8 software.

From reading forums and help from EFI LIVE tech support, it seems I will have to do a full re-flash of the ECU with a stock file.

I have downloaded some stock LBZ tune files from a dropbox (which I found a link to while reading posts on this forum, so thankyou to "gmperformancecentre" for the link. and anyone else who had input).
I have attached the files I downloaded, hopefully the attachments work.

    My question is?
Is there a specific file I will need to use or some sort of compatibility I will have to check before trying to use one?
Is there anything other than the VATS that will need to be disabled or modified to allow this engine to run in its new home.

The info I have read from the ECM so far is as follows:

World Manufacture: GM, Chev, Light Truck - USA
    Year Manufacture: 2007
Model: Full Sized Truck 4x4, 2500(3/4 ton)
    Engine: LBZ, L61, LLT
Engine size: 6.6 Litre V8 DSL Turbo, 2.2 Litre L4 MFI
    Body: Extended Cab, Extended Van
    GVWR: 9001-10000
    Plant: Pontiac, MI
    Sequence: 113197

    Vehicle:
    VIN: 1GCHK29D07E113197
    Serial: 86J616601040
    Hardware: N/A

    Calibration:
    OS: 22606128
    Cal Id: 12606127
    BCC: YNAY

    Operating System: 22606128
    Engine operation: 12610870
    Engine Diagnostics: 12610872
    Engine: 12610878
    Not used: N/A
    Fuel system: 12610875
    System: 12606155
    Speedometer: 12606159

The Engine, Trans, ECM, TCM were all out of the same vehicle, the BCM is not original. Not sure if the BCM will need some attention.
Have had no problems reading the file from the TCM.

Hope it is ok to put all of this information up on here, if not by all means please remove it.
Just wanted to get as much info up at the start to avoid and confusion.

If someone has an idea of which one to use, or even have another file that I could use, the help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thankyou in advance.
