Z06 LS7 help

I have a 2009 Z06 that has CAM, West coast CNC'd heads, Haltech intake, LT's and Corsa. Car drives amazing, but I have one issue. If I push the clutch in sometimes when I am coasting no matter what gear, usually 5th or 6th the car will just stall. its usually when its transition in or out of DFCO but its not in DFCO. I have done everything I know how to do to stop it and I am at a loss. Its the only tuning issue I have with the car, if I can get this corrected I am done. Problem is I cant find how to fix it. My only thought is that on the MAF when it will stall the MAF is reading below 1000htz in the tune the table stops at 1000. Here is my tune and Log with it stalling when I push the clutch in 3 times. If you have any thoughts or help in any direction at this point I will take them! Thanks!

I take it your CPP switch works ok when you push clutch pedal in...?
